ProQure warrants its pool shafts to be free of defects in material and workmanship, including warpage, for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser/owner. ProQure does not warrant its product against:
normal wear and tear including tip and finish
misuse, abuse or mishandling
modification or improper maintenance
